Ros Edwards

Ros Edwards is a pianist and composer currently based in Exeter. She was a student at Dartington (‘rather a long time ago’, she says…), before going on to the Royal College of Music in London, where she specialised in the performance of contemporary classical music, and studied piano, cello and composition. Ros has been involved in a vast range of music projects, including playing with (and composing/arranging for) a jazz-rock band, playing for silent films, and electro-acoustic music. Her teaching focuses on the idea of music as ‘a unique form of expression through which we can communicate to others, we can be creative, and we can develop our skills’
